Carer/PA hourly rates are too low

I agree with your comment. The rate that council's use are not high enough to pay all expenses like PAYE and now pension contributions, and therefore this is impacting on the hourly rate for the workers.

I used to be a carer it was challenging at times. The Hourly rate of pay definatly needs to be reviewed.
